What is happening at the Festival?

Propel Co:Labs Fitness Festival will combine the energy and power of the local Co:Labs to create a jam-packed weekend of 25+ workouts including LA studio favorites as well as classes exclusive to Miami and NYC. This two-day event will be a true celebration of the inspiring power of fitness and music where the country’s hottest fitness instructors and musical acts will come together and combine forces for a transcendent workout experience.

A variety of classes will be offered throughout the day, including celebrity workouts with Shay Mitchell and Scott Foley, led by their very own personal trainers Harley Pasternak and Gunnar Peterson. Alongside the musical stylings of Big Boi, AlunaGeorge, Spencer Ludwig and Gabriel Garzon-Montana, the festival will be the ultimate adrenaline pumping experience for the Propel fitness community.

When is the Propel Festival?
The Propel Festival, the first ever fitness event of its kind, will take place Saturday and Sunday, August 12-13, 2017.

Where is the Propel Festival?
The Propel Festival will host a variety of workouts from some of the hottest boutique fitness studios in the country at Quixote Studio in West Hollywood.
1011 N Fuller Ave., West Hollywood, CA 90046

How can I purchase tickets to the Propel Festival? How much does it cost?
Tickets can be purchased at http://propelwater.com/fitness-festival

Early Bird pricing runs now through August 4th and is $30 for one day or $50 for Saturday & Sunday.

After August 4th, tickets cost $50/day, or $75 to attend the entire festival (August 12-13).

Why do we need to pay to attend?
This is a one of a kind event where all ticket proceeds will benefit Girls on the Run nonprofit organization, which works to empower girls to be joyful, healthy and confident through active lifestyles.

I bought a ticket but can no longer attend. Are there refunds on tickets? Can I transfer my ticket to a friend?
There will be no refunds on tickets except in the unlikely event that the Festival is canceled. You may transfer your ticket to a friend by logging into your Eventbrite account and editing your order with the new ticket holder information. Name and email are required, and a new Sched.com account will be created.

I’m trying to register for a class on my schedule, and it’s not letting me.  Does that mean it’s full?   Will you be releasing more spots?
Any class that is full will enable guests to register for the waitlist and they will receive notifications if additional spots become available.

If you're unable to add a class, you might not have the correct ticket (e.g. if you purchased a Saturday pass and are trying to register for a class being held on a Sunday). In this case, a pop-up message will appear and prompt you to purchase a ticket for the correct day.

Will any celebrities be in attendance?
A variety of classes will be offered, including celebrity workouts with Shay Mitchell and Scott Foley, led by their very own personal trainers Harley Pasternak and Gunnar Peterson, and hot musical talent including Big Boi, Gabriel Garzon-Montano, Spencer Ludwig, AlunaGeorge, Henry Fong and Samantha Ronson.

What kind of classes will be offered?
Propel is teaming up with top fitness partners from around the country to offer the very best fitness classes. Partners include Barry’s Bootcamp, The Class by Taryn Toomey, Fast Twitch, Fit36, Fitness in the City, Flywheel, Get Fit with Giddy, modelFIT, NW Method, On Your Mark, Playlist Yoga, Prevail, Speedplay, SWEAT, Tonehouse, Vixen and Yoga for Bad People.

I want to see a headliner, but I'm not interested in working out or taking a class, does that mean I have to sign up on Sched.com and reserve the class just to see the artist?
This is a fitness event and all live performances are accompanying a workout. In order to attend the performance, you must be participating in the workout.

Do I need to be at a certain level of fitness to participate?
We welcome all levels of fitness to join. While some workouts may be more intense than others, we encourage you to work at your own pace. Instructors generally provide modifications as well. For more information on the specific class you’re participating in, please visit their website directly.

Can I attend more than one class?
Each day you can attend one (1) headliner workout and three (3) additional workout classes.

What do I need to bring?
Bring yourself and a good athletic outfit to ‘get ugly’ in, because you will sweat. You may want to pack more than one set of workout apparel if you plan to do more than one workout. We will take care of the rest including equipment, towels, and Propel for hydration.

How early do I need to arrive before my class?
The festival begins at 8am and goes until 6pm on both Saturday and Sunday. We advise you arrive 30 minutes before class to allow time for check-in and set up. Don’t worry, there will be plenty to do while you wait, including customized athleisure from Alala x Bandier and hair braiding by GlamSquad.

Am I allowed to take photos during the Festival?
Yes! We welcome you to take as many photos as you like before, during or after the workouts. Feel free to tag @Propel_Water on Twitter and @PropelWater on Facebook and Instagram along with the hashtag #LetsGetUgly.

Will there be a safe place where I can store my belongings?
There will be a number of lockers on-site that will be available on a first come first serve basis and additionally cubbies will be available in each studio in which guests can store personal items.

Is there parking available nearby the Festival location?
There is limited on-site parking that will be available on a first come first serve basis with additional parking nearby. If planning to park, we recommend all guests arrive at least 30 mins prior to the workout to allow time for parking and check-in to the festival.

What if there are gaps in between my scheduled classes and I need to leave and come back?
Don’t worry, there will be plenty to do while you wait, including customized athleisure from Alala x Bandier and hair braiding by GlamSquad. If you still need to sneak out in between, all attendees will receive wristbands at check in to allow for re-entry as needed.

We recommend everyone returns with at least 30 minutes in advance of classes to check-in and find their way to studios. Spots will be released to the waitlist 5 minutes out from the class start time.
